Does anyone know how to unlock ALL items and characters without cheating Thanx

Well... the easy way to do it is to go back in time, ask your parents that you want a brother. Then use ur brother as second player with powerfull general and play all day.

I didn't need to go back in time and i got everything just playing with me bro for about 2 months. The other thing to do is to get a good friend and use a walkthrough.

have you noticed that the story line changes characters if you start the game again?
In HeFeI i had Sun Quan as leader now I have Sun Ce... the same happens in the other stages.:rolleyes:

Oh and one more thing.... Their gonna release Dynasty warriors 4 but im not sure if in Europe... and also there is an enhanced version of number 3, Dynasty warriors 3 Xtreme legends.

Cool. I had Sun Ce to start off with in He fei but coz ive played as Sun Jiang, Hes the leader now. God knows where Sun Quan is.
Oh btw I do have a brother but hes only 3 so i'll have to wait till hes older to play with or against him.

haha.. i know what, lets swap brothers... my one is great at playing games but apart from that he is really annoying and wot really listen to me...
back to the subject..
Have you played the game for long?
i can tell you a few things i've seen. Play in hard mode while you have a ranking about 16-10, its really easy and you get better weapons. The other thing you should do is get the legendary weapons (4th weapon) while you have a crap ranking. This helps you kills everyone faster and get most items straight away.

oh btw... you should play with the generals you prefere first so u level them up. If u hav 2 controllers u can still play as second player and use him instead of first one to get through hard stages eg: Wu zhang plains. Oh and the best combination of items is The peacock, Tortoise, True Musou (blue scroll), Tiger and either dragon or shell armor, depending on the stage.
And the last thing is that the game uses your first character (player 1) to base the power of ur enemies... in english that means that if u play in hard, with strong character and weak second player = u will ceartainlly die a painfull and horrible death..:tounge:

Ive had it since before Xmas but i havent got the 4th weapons. How do you get them?
And how do you play on hard mode?

change the settings in options and whats ur favourite character , i can probably tell u how to get the weapon.
o one more! once u get the movie option thing highlight the replay option and hold (i think, if not its either top 2 or bbottom 2) R1R2L1L2 and press X, this will show u a hidden ending for the other forces (grey ones Lu BU, Zhang Jiao, etc)
