I am looking into buying either a Gameshark Code Cheater or Action Replay Game Cheater...Anyone have any suggestions on if one works better than the other?

Well, an Action replay is the European version, for use with PAL games.
GameShark is for NTSC games.

eh ive u mean making it play 'backups' then sorry can't talk about those sorta things here.
