Well, there are no Money codes for Vice City.
As for the others, you could look around GameFAQs (http://gamefaqs.com).

It's also illegal for you to play this game, you know - age limit is 18.

Well no one bothers with the age limits. If I botherd with the akg limits then I couldnt play VC Coz Im only 16.
BTW no money cheats
