If you need help getting started, check out the FAQ. There is a newbie guide in there. It kind of sucks, if I have time I'll probably write a new Newbies Guide next week during winter break.

If you still don't get it you could join the BCA and I'll help you out step by step or whatever ;)

It's really a lot of fun once you get over that initial boringness that some call a learning curve :)

The game needs help ! I mean better help to understand what to do to get started. I have a good start on adding help to the various screens.

I want to make a quick reference a short intro on how to get started to help newbies like you. Probabaly have not been called a newbie for a while huh Nem ? :D

I'm really confused now,how do I get more dosh to buy starships and kill stuff..how do I get my own planet?:cry:

Started playing today.

I have 0 turns(I took a toataly clueless trade thing when I was exploring at the start and it cost me 250 turns X( it didn't warn me)

Energy = 500
Goods = 70
Colonists = 4
Planets = 2
Credits = 4037
Torpedoes = 0
Fighters = 15

To capture a planet you click on it and click capture. I dunno how to take over a planet thats already owned.

I reckon I'll just make a planet- All of you seem to have found all the unowned ones! :mad: ;)

If you wanna make Creds fast, follow the FAQ; it's actually quite helpful! Kudos to whoever wrote it! thumb
