The most commoonly-used (and pretty much the only useful cheats) are KLAPAUCIUS , which increases your money. If you have an Expansion pack installed, the money cheat is ROSEBUD .

To repeat a cheat, type in !; .

To move anything in the game, type in MOVE_OBJECTS ON .
Enter Build Mode, and you'll be able to move pretty much anything!

They're the only ones I use, so that's all I can list.
