The PS2 needs this game. GT3 was not all that for me compared with GT2 on PS1 barr the graphics ( dont start ) GT4 is going to be awesome and what the series needs. Online as well, what more could you want? I reckon that GT5 will appear on the PS3.

I know i can not wait for GT4 cuz i am a hugh fan of the series,but u have to admit that need for speed inderground was right up there with it if not better,i know some people think that it was better then GT3,but im like i dont think so,for one thing GT3 is a realistic driveing game and need for speed isnt,what do u guys think about this,and the style of the PS3 is killa :thumb:

What you mean you don't know about GTA london? You just gonna act like it was never made and say there were only four? Anyways, GTA london was an add one, so it doesn't count as a new game. Anyways, GTA Vice City is NOT GTA 4!

GTA 1
GTA London (It was a add on)
GTA 2 (New Engine, so they count it as number 2)
GTA 3 (Again, new engine so they count it as the 3rd)
GTA Vice City (Same Engine, so they don't count it as number four)

I know how we got to start talking about GTA, it's easy for some to get the initials of Gran Turismo and Grand Theft Auto mixed up. They look bout the same and they start with the same word.
Grand Turismo series has always been great, and this one will be no exception.

The release date is July. Which sucks mightily.

I've seen the rolling demo videos of the Rally sections and they look totally amazing.

- The backgrounds are a true joy to behold and I don't blame the guy who directs the replay code for making the camera linger on them for a little bit.
- The crowds are brilliant, finally gone are the days of cardboard cutout crowds that do nothing, watching those folk run out of the way of the approaching cars took me back to the late 80's of rallying.
- OOOO the cars look proper nice so they do, watching as every single detail is reflected back off the body work is a pastime in itself.

Things that still annoy me though.

- No damage, damn it
- No skid marks, never quite understood this one, the real driving sim but you can't lay down the rubber, very strange?
- Lights that are there for show rather than to actually illuminate the road, saves squinting at the screen a la Colin McRae but still a bit strange.

Things I hope they got sorted.

- The menus need a major overhaul. The ones in GT3 started the job but the dire and dull upgrade menus need to be stremlined.
- More wet races
- Better AI (they say they've done that but the videos still show cars driving round in groups)
