My current system specs:

Intel Pentium 4 2.0Ghz
575Mb PC133 SDRAM
ATi Radeon 9600 Pro
C-Media 5.1 soundcard.

More than enough to run GTA3, more than enough to run GTA: VC, but this rerelease of GTA runs terrible, slowdown all over the place.
