Yes, and maybe turn off the Daylight Savings option, too, which will likely cause it to be an additional hour off.

i turned DST on, and it was 2 hours ahead. i turn it off, it's an hour ahead. the time zone is correct, so PLBCAK = false

there is atleast one other way to see the time on your PC

there must all manner of chronological devices within your vicinity

perhaps a watch is in order?

Im being sarcastic because I fail to see why the bords showing the correct time is so important.
