I was listening to the radio today and they were talking about t.v. blunders that happened on live t.v. This one happened in Australia. One night the weather man predicted blizzards and inches upon inches of snow overnight. When it came around to the time for the news programme the following night there hadn't been even one flake of snow. As the news anchor went to switch over to the weather, she said to him, " Johnny, where's the eight inches you promised me last night????" The producers had to go straight into an ad-break as no-one could stop laughing and for about 10-15 minutes the poor girl didn't get why they were laughing.
P.S. Sorry 'bout this. One of you had something like this down already. I didn't see it until I had posted this. Are all radio presenters dumb or just the ones we have here, as I doubt two women would make that mistake. Reminds me of an old friend of mine. We were making costumes 4 a kids play when she came up 2 me and about 6 lads and asked "Where can I go to get felt?" That was the best laugh ever
