Snowboarding!

LoL my soprt is snowboarding dunno if u guys like it but its tight as hell if you know what your doing.. well it can never becoem boaring unless your arm is broke or something like that... but you can ever go big enough in this soprt if it really is a sport LoL well it has comps so i guess so well let me know if anyone else boards...or maybe im the only 1 here

I love snowboarding. My friends and I have been going once a weekend every winter for 6 years. I have only broken a wrist and an ankle, so that's not too bad. Here in New York, everyone goes skiing, including all of my friends. But I just love to snowboard. I usually go upstate, but I went to Vermont once and the trails were so awesome. My favorite part is the jumps, but just strait trails are excellent, too (I love the speed). I honestly don't know anyone else who boards (especially girls; all of my friends say that it is "a guys sport"), so at least I know I am not the only one here. :lol:

I live in a country with some of the most prestigious areas to ski and snowboard so I'm damn happy! :D Just went skiing last weekend and boy was it still damn good :D It's gotta be tough in the US though... I mean if ur not livin in Calorado, it's a long trip for some skiing :thumb:

That's good! God, all of the people here ski, even the guys! I just find skiing so boring. I snowboard in my yard sometimes (It is a huge hill), but I usually just go to the mountains. Why is it that all of the girls snowboard in a place with very little snow (right?) and here, where it is snowing all winter long, nobody does? It is so damn confusing! :lol:

Well skiing can be cool (if ever I do both: ski + snowboard)... Freestyle skiin is very nice and stylish, like snowboardin :D Both sports rock !!!

well i never tried skiing but its looks like fun until your fall ouch! soo ill stick to snowboarding + ive snowboarded for 5 years. O' and lup i guess ill see you at my house...it will be fun LoL ill take you snowboarding if its winter and surfing in the summer...anyway you will have a blast LoL

I snowboard alot... Like over 15 times a year and been doing that for 4 years now :D (gettin used to snowboardin in fakie) And hell, if u fall in skiing the skies NORMALLY detach but not in snowboardin... SO it hurst usually less :thumb:

The first time I snowboarded was about 2 years ago, and I have been doing it ever since.

snowboardin is great fun.... different from skiing which gives more control and speed... snowboard has less limits though and i find both quite cool :D

Yes, as for me i go for the air and not the control... and the control isn't as bad as you say it is beacuse i have complete control over it, you may just be a poser.

And with skis you can go straight on a piste but a snowboard keeps on gettin cuahgt in all the tiny little tracks! But as i said, BOTH KICK ASS!!! :D

Id like to go snowboarding, we have the chance to go in school but i think it is to expensive, im going to go with all my friends when im older but for now i`ll have to keep on playing ssx3.
