I went ice skating today for the 3rd time and loved it (again) i went to the chelmsford chieftains home ice rink i fell oever twice but hey have nayone ever hurt them selves prooperly whilist ice skating

Never ice skated, but I have roller bladed. Was on the road fell, and hit my head pretty hard was not wearing a helmet. I was ok though, got right back up. Cars could not slow down though.

The worst I've seen is that a gal was skating and got stuck in the ice and flew face down onto the ice HARD!!! Blood all over the ice ring :D
