You can buy this cord that allows you to attach your boxes together and play up to 8 player multiplayer.

You can also attach them to a network and play up to 16 players.

that's what I mean, the network thing...how does that hook up? Through your computer or a phone line made for the xbox?

Is for the online XBOX gaming zone that MS is currently developing and due to premere in the Spring of 2002. It also allows you to play other XBOX's and daisy chain them...another add-on....

The XBOX is a work in progress and will have upgrades coming its way to add to its versatility....

OK, these other people don't know JACK. You need to get an ethernet cable (microsoft sells them but they are ripping you off so just get any old CAT5 ethernet cable) should be at best buy, any computer retail store. Then if you have a router or hub, connect each of the Xboxes through that port in the back (called ethernet port) to the router, turn the router on and in your game such as Halo (ONLY GAMES THAT SUPPORT SYSTEM LINK PLAY WILL WORK) and go to system link play, then make the game and it should show two Xboxes playing! - *removed* for more detail.
