Okay, so it's bad enough that on Friday I have to give a presentation and have a job interview and that I have to apply for another position by no later than Monday and that I have to train new staff at work this week......

.....but WHY did my bastard housemate have to go and have an arguement with his girlfriend at 4.20 this morning and slam doors and leave the front door wide open while she attempted to leave?

Arrrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And to add insult to injury, by the time I calmed down and went back to bed forty-five minutes later (I was looking for my cat whom I thought had escaped), I was then kept awake by the gentle grunting of two people having a sympathy f*ck.

I think I may need some professional help.

Hearing other people at it when all you want to do is sleep is not exactly pleasant. Especially when you're not getting any at the.... I've said too much.

They did apologise for waking me up, although the, erm, happy couple were unaware that they were heard (to nick a line from Rowan Atkinson's stand-up days) happy coupling.

Anyway, I got the job and feel less than enthusiastic about the promotion, probably because I will have to go through it all again (hopefully minus the being woken up bit and the sport-f**king bit) when I apply for the job I actually want.

Thank God I'm here to solve your problems. All you have to do is leave your job(s)? and stick a tape recorder next to your wall at night. Suckers like me would pay Gold for that stuff;)

Hey, that's not a bad idea.

After all, if I quit my job I will need all the money I can get to survive. It's gonna cost a lot of money to get you grubby mitts on the tapes, though..... :D

In today's world, fighting stress is but a normal struggle everyday. I think having a regular exercise and laughing with friends help a lot. Having a balance lifestyle is all we need.
