Yes with 4 races left to go Micheal Schumacher has tied up his recording breaking 7th drivers title, although probably not quite in the fashion he has become accustomed too.
Put simply this season has been a cake walk for the almighty Schumacher Ferrari combo, some will say it's all Ferraris fault, fact is it's everyone elses fault for just not being anywhere near as good.
The list of records this guy is breaking never seems to end, this season alone we have
6 constructors titles in a row (never done before)
5 Driver title in a row (never done before)
7 race wins in a row (equal to Prosts racord)
12 race wins in a season (1 better than Mansall)
and if he can grab pole for the last 4 races he will also equal Ayrton Sennas record for most pole positions, probabaly the only record that he has left unbeaten to date.
For F1 fans and especially Ferrari fans this era is one that will go down in history, because the chances of any of us seeing a repeat of this level of success in our life time are very slim indeed.
