Green/red ratings?

Whats with the green and red rating things under the avatar?

Look further down (beyond my avatar), there should be a button which allows you to add/take away from my rating.

If people like what you have to say, you'll get more green squares. If people don't like what you're saying (or they're just mean), you'll get more red squares.

And that is how I define the reputation system.
