Doesn't Windows auto detect it and use it's own drivers?
You could always try a Windows Update and see what happens there, it might find something for it.

Just check the manufacturers website for the dRivers, or goto http://www.driverguide.com. Find the manufacturer of the Video or Sound card and download the latest driver. You should also have had a Driver disk for both. If you don't find what you want there, goto: http://www.windrivers.com and you shold find it there. Unless it's really ancient.
