What is your most treasured game? Whether it be the most expensive game you have or a game that has loads of extras like art cards or a bonus cd or one you loved to play.Well?
My most treasured game is FF7 as it holds greqat memories of me playing it to the small hours, going to sleep & waking up thinking about it and playing it for six hours straight., getting immersed in the story and the need to complete it. Brilliant!
Whats yours?

my perfect dark cart for the N64
Mutant Camel for the amiga. Basically a scroller with a camel shooting things. Strange but so addictive. That amiga must be at least 14 years old and still works like the day we bought it.

Come on guys, dont just list the game or games. I am talking about the games that you really treasure, tell me why you treasure them and what makes them so special compared to other games.
Another treasured game for me is tomb raider II. I thought this game was brilliant. I missed out on the first but did pick up the 2nd incarnation and wow, what a journey it took me on, I also loved the music and the whole atmosphere of the game it really took me away. It was just different from all the other games I ahd played and was playing at the time. Top game

Duh. Oc Ocarina O of T Time
Phatty, it's generally abbreviated to OoT. Of course, you are a law unto yourself.

Oh, right.
Well, Disgaea, then.
First off, I'm a big fan of RPGs, ever since I learned how to tell what one WAS. I used to think everything was an RPG because you played a role. Since I learned anything that has levelling up was an RPG, it's been one of my favourite genres, next to God sims and Point & Clicks (a breed of game now dying, unfortunately).
So when I read about Disgaea on Channel 4's text service, be it Digitiser, GameCentral or whatever, and from a few sites here in the ether, I was quite desperate to get a copy. I didn't know much about it other than you could go INTO items, and it had a fetish for penguins.
That alone clinched the deal, but after playing it I realised what an incredible game it was. No mere 100 levels here, oh no - You can get to level 127 in one attack. No, here we have an unparalleled 9999 levels. And megalithic stats; whilst there's no upper limit to attack that anyone's found, anything over 24.7 million (yes, million) resets to 1. But still, 24 million. MILLION.
The only other games to have such a skewed system are its predecessor and its... post-dercessor. Neither of which are better than Disgaea, apparently. It's equated to 7 supermodels, with the others at 2 and 3 respectively.
I'm no game reviewer, obviously, but I suggest all of you with a PS2 hunt down Disgaea. And everyone else, hunt down a PS2.
