Bowling tournament

I'm thinking of doing a bowling tournament for anyone who's interested.
If we get enough names, the draw will be done by the date you joined GG, IE : if you joined Aug 2003 then you play someone who joined say Feb 2005, if you joined Sep 2003 you will play someone from Jan 2005 etc, first name drawn out in the pair will challenge their opponent, it will be a straight knockout, with the winner going thru to the next round, in the event of a tie, then the player who was challenged, then challenges back to get a result
All first round losers will go into their own contest so everyone will get at least two games. Then pm your result to me and i'll put it on here in knockout format.
If you interested pm me and i'll add your name to the list, closing date for entry will be next Tue the 8th. We really need at least 8 players to get this to work, if we get 9 then there will be a playoff to get into the first round.

This is the order so far, 2 players will get a bye, the other 12 will play off using this order, top will play bottom etc

The draw will take place 8pm GMT, once the pairs have been drawn games must be played within 48hrs, if the first name out makes the challenge and the challenge is not accepted within that time, pm me. The winner of the challenge must declare the result here so i can show the second round, we have 13 entrys so far, so 3 players will get a "bye" and 10 will play a prelim round, I hope you will trust me on this as I'm going to get my daughter Allgirl to draw 3 names out of the hat for the byes.

I will accept entrys upto 7.30pm GMT any after that will not be accepted

We now have 14 players, we could do with 2 more to make it a easy straight knockout. I'll keep entries open til 7.45pm GMT and post the draw at 8pm GMT
