Giving out rep

How much rep do you have to spread around before you can give some to a certain person again? Also, how can you view all the rep you received?

Well i guess you have to give some rep to different people before you can give it to the same person again. As far as i kno wyou can only see i think the last 6 reps? Im not sure if thats right but as far as how long it takes i dont know.

I think the forum's default is 10 people.. so if that's the case here (unmodified value) then you have to give rep to 10 different people and then you can give it to me agian :D
