I have spread so much reputation around that it's ridiculous, because I want to give some people more, so how many rep points to different people do we have to give out, anybody?

Well you dont have to give out any if you dont want to. Its just a compliment thing or a way to show your dissaproval for a post. Well i think they said 10 people before you can give it to the same person.

How much rep do you have to spread around before you can give some to a certain person again? Also, how can you view all the rep you received?
