hiya, i have recently updated from 128 ram 32mb windows 98 to a 256ram 30g windows ME wich is great (much easyer and faster) but my old printer and scanner wouldn`t work, i bought brand new ones (which are compatable) and the printer is working perfectly which is more than i can say 4 the scanner. It`s a trust flat bed 19200 i have installed everything of the disk and even gone to windrivers and trust.com to download software but to no avail. I keep gettin a message saying "cant find TWAIN.DDL file" what do i do, please advise.:(
Okay, this is a shot in the dark, but its worth a try.
Go to Google (http://www.google.com) and search for TWAIN.DLL. With a bit of luck you'll find a site that will let you download the DLL. Then just copy this to your C:\Windows\System directory or the directory of your scanner installation.
If you can't find the DLL, i'll try and find it on my PC and mail u it. I'm not sure this will work, but I think its worth trying.
Laters!

The above suggestion is good.
The twain.dll should come with windows, though......... don't understand why the scanner software can't find it. You could do a search on your own PC and see if you can locate it - it should reside in the Windows folder. Or extract it, possibly, from the disc.
