I mean ... I know before someone couldn't play before because they had negavite rep ... but I think that's changed now, since someone who wasn't even registered got the high-score on one of the games.

And you get rep by ... I don't know, posing ? Sometimes people are nice and give it to you, but it's really for no specific reason. Maybe laugh at one of Speed Freak's jokes :D He likes to give people rep.

Its governed by a number of things, your post count the length of time you've been a member and when people give you rep or so im led to belive.
