I think it is about time I put my efforts elsewhere.

No rigid practice schedule - real life obligations come first
Every weekend we try and get together for a big team battle whenever possible
During the week if you notice other team mates online send an invite. Get together for some informal match play (team doubles)
When you're promoted to a higher rank, share the good news here for everyone to see.
We can use the forum as a place to discuss the ins and outs of our strategy
Outside of our weekend game we can make plans for other events during the week, as schedules allow.
Your lack of skill is not an issue! We play for fun - and you'll be surprised how much teaming up with good people improves your skill. Learn by watching and then doing.

So anyway, how goes the recruitment drive? personally, I took a flamethrower to my own team in a test of their mettle. Suffice it to say, the "removed from game" screen that followed shortly after proved to be their undoing.
