What the Hell is the problem with GAME?

So it seems no order of mine will go through at Game.co.uk, I keep getting sent confirmation emails, and then:
"We regret to inform you that this order cannot be fulfilled on this occasion."

I swear these people will NOT take my money. I have tried ordering three large items of an undisclosed brand, and Mario Galaxy as a test. Nothing doing!

What makes it worse is that I've actually phoned them up and placed an order anew, been assured there is no problem, and STILL it was rejected.
I've made sure all my payment and contact info is correct several times, too.

So the question becomes, now I have to cancel my GTAIV preorder, where can I get the special edition with the free Xbox Live crap too?

Most people have stopped taking orders for the special edition now and even if they haven't you'll be so far down the list I doubt you get one.
