I did some member pruning today, and unlike nem I didn't **** it up.
Members pruned include:
Members awaiting email confirmation who joined before 2006
Registered members with 0 posts made who haven't logged in within 365 days
All Permanently banned accounts
About 3000 accounts have been deleted all up.
This is to give a slightly more accurate account of total members and also reclaim disk space.
Thank you
Jason

I like prunes. They make you clean out your bowels. I figure that's where the term pruning came from.

........I believe the term comes from gardening techniques, my digestively-troubled friend.

Tell me Rizzano, you registered on GG over 2 years ago, but only started posting within the last month.
Why is that?
I'm not interrogating you, but as with most forums we have problems with people who join but never post. And perhaps your answer could provide some insight.

2 years ago I didn't make time to visit a lot of the sites I wanted to. I was heavily into World of Warcraft. Yes I am a former WoW addict. Now I just casually game and only go to a couple of forums, this being one of them.
And what exactly do you do with your life that means you couldn't come here and play Warcraft like some of us do?

:wtf:Could be that people register and are so badly "abused" that they are not inclined to come back.
Just a thought, you know, spitballing a bit here.

I was so addicted to running my own guild, doing a site for it, and testing out my own private WoW server that I didn't make time for anything else. I registered then forgot about GG.

.
Tell me genius how exactly are they abused if they don't post?
If you are going to attempt to take pot-shots at us, at least think of something that actually has some logic to it, wait what am I saying, I forgot who I was talking to for a minute.

Ready the thumb-screws, the truth we shall have!

So was it the emails I send out to members that enticed you back?

In truth, that's exactly what brought me back. Glad to be here too.

The e-mail from my 3 month break a while back is also what caused me to decide to come back a little early.

Just like you, but the opposite. :wtf:
Do you actually think you're fooling anyone?
Here's the clap.
Just incase you haven't got it, wait what am I saying, I almost forgot who I was talking to for a minute.

How am I attempting to fool anyone? You all know who I am and I have not lied in a post..Well..The Orangecrush Introduction thread. I give you that one.
The smarter members knew exactly who I was from close to post #1 under the new name.

I disagree, I didn't care enough to notice.
