new nav bar

I have got rid of the QLA buttons. I was never happy with the way they looked, as with anything I do it looked amateurish and crappy.

Instead I have added a new navbar which suits the style more and takes up less room.

Before anyone says owt about it, I know the XBox live scores link doesnt work, it;s a feature I plan on adding in the future.

If your using titanium it wouldn't have replaced anything as I had never got around to adding the QLA buttons to the titanium style.

And this way I never have to.
