So after my recent lottery win I was so thrilled that I went to buy new lottery tickets immediately! *salutes GG

While I was there I saw this:
Odds of winning raffles are based on tickets held compared to total tickets purchased throughout entire community; Lotteries require you to be holding the winning lottery number between 1 and 200.

so does that mean there's raffle-things here too, cause it sounds like a different thing than the lottery. If so how do they work and are they disabled, is there a way to make them work, or are they disabled just because there's nothing to be given away?

I came here with the intention of belittling you for not knowing what a raffle is.
But let's be honest, what is a monetary raffle if not a lottery?

There is a fundamental difference between a lottery and a raffle, with a lottery the money that is not won jackpots to the next lottery, with a raffle there must be a winner and the money is always won and never jackpots.

Yeah and raffle prizes don't always have to be money, in fact more often than not the prize is not money.

But that still doesn't answer my questions. :)

Umm yes to all of them.
