i didn't know which forum to go to so i thought here!!!

right my problem is that i get an e-mail saying that my in box is full and it has 70 pms so when i try and delet them i cannot i can only delet the most resent ones and after i have there are still loads more left!!!:mad:

so if somone can help i would be happy thanx!!

There will be PM's stored in most folders besides inbox such as sent items etc.....go through them all and delete them.

i have i have tryed the all ill have one more look but ive already seen it and its clear!!

ok how dumb was i!!! i had the pm set on show all messages in the last day so when i clicked on past 100 it had quite a few!! thanx for you help lad s!!!!

foolish nixxie :wtf:

you will see a drop-down menu, setting the message age range you want to display.

set that to 'since 1 year' or whatever the longest one is, and all messages should then appear - then you should be able to delete them all.

now I have a minor PM problem. It keeps saying I have 2 new messages but when I go to my inbox it's all old stuff.

Sd- Again. check the "Sent" folders, and the rest if there are any, I can't remember.
