Why?Well I don't like it for a start,plus it wouldn't last.It may be ok for a while then people would lose interest.

2) T be a Mod: DO NOT ASK. If a position becomes available, and the Admin want to recruit a new Mod (WHY, I dunno, 'specially since I'M here..), and they think you're suitable, they'll ask.

Make your own board, and you could be an Admin! :D

You keep calling it Manga, manga is only the comics/name of a distrubitor. If you wanted to be a mod it doesn't exactly sound like you're an expert on the subject.
