I can understand that,there is no greater honour I would think than to serve your country and defend it against a foreign enemy.If I were in better shape I would consider enlisting,but alas my gut will not permit it at the present time.:(

Some tw*t had the gall to try and tell me that everbody in the RAF is gay! when I asked him how he could justify saying that he admitted to being turned down for the marines 'cos he failed the interview! CHEEKY B*ST*RD !!, not even in the forces, and he's gobbing off at me. I really cant beleive some people :mad:

i understand, if a war breaks out ill reenlist in a heartbeat, reclass to combat arms or sf and get into some action. But as it is, a mostly peacetime army in the signal corp, is not appealing in the slightest bit. I dont hear much about the British or American army right now, its all about bombing raids, retreating talibans (an invisible sf) and damn refugees. Thats good though, I couldnt handle another media circus like desert storm.
