Don't think so, I tried those codes on previous games though and they always caused problems with locking the game up etc...
Better off without one.;)

My first attempt is:
1CD31ABC 145AE6A5
It brings the item box up but like Nemesis01 expected, it crashes. It would probably work if I had an extra line so it only activates when a certain button is pressed. I could probably make it so the menu came up when you get a certain item or run out of some or there's a few other things I could try.

Are there no other codes using joker commands in code veronica? If there was it would be easy to patch one of them onto that code.

For some reason the res codes on all res games were never evey stable......:head:

i dont know about that cause i only used to use infinite ammo or health cheats. Then i found one of these codes from code junkies for resident evil 3 nemesis and it worked fine and that's why i asked if there was one for code veronica because it was better than having to track back to save rooms just to get an ink ribbon or some ammo or a special item that i had forgoten. but i know that if you try and use action replay/gameshark codes with an xploder on code veronica then the first time you access the status screen the game locks up.:)

Well I can also convert Xploder codes to Action Replay 2 and Code Breaker 2 codes to GS2.

vampmaster i only managed to find these 2 codes where u need to push a/combination of buttons to access the iteam box.
1: code breaker
L1 + square to access iteam box anywhere
DB668959 B34ED512
0A85455C 00000004
2:gameshark (NTSC version)
L3 to access iteam box anywhere
0D775CE61456B00A
1CD6B28C145AE6A5
i dont know if these will be any good to you but you never know.:)

Those are the US codes I converted. What happens is you decrypt the codes, then add a hex value to the US code and then re-encrypt for the UK code. Beleive it or not, both the codes you just posted decrypt to exactly the same thing! For the second line I just looked added the difference between the US and UK versions of the all extras code. I need to add something else for the first line though, but there are no codes that I can use to find out what.

I found out how to do that here:
http://mywebpages.comcast.net/dstrobri/index.html
The guys who made the site are sometimes on the gameshark boards. They even put me on the thanks page for convincing them to do the other encryptions. (There are three different ones)

so does that mean that it cant be done:)

No idea. I'm having the same problem with other games as well the jokers always seem to need a different offset thenthe other codes. I can't even email codejunkies now they've took the email address off as well as the board.

Item Box version 2:
1CD31ABC 145AE7A5
It doesn't crash any more, but it puts you in the item box menu and won't let you exit.
First Person View:

Sometimes it won't let you through doors. If it goes weired and you Clares or Chris head, just enter and exit a menu.

OK, I fixed the doors, but I found some zombies that do nothing.

You need to add a hex value the the US code after you have decrypted it, then re-encrypt to get the UK code. I posted an explanation somewhere, I'll just go find it.

It's near the bottom of my reply near the middle of the page. Just skip to the bits about hex and the bit about the encryptions.

I can't really do anything more unless I can find some jokers anywhere. I've emailed codejunkies but I havn't got a reply yet. I might be able to do it if there's a way to see PS2's memory.

Press R2 to save anywhere:

The saves might say no data but that's just because it doesn't know what to call some rooms. They still load OK.
Security Box 1 (Press L1 & R1):

i hav had the xploder v2 (not the DVD Pro Ver.) for the ps2 for a while now and can't seem to be able to find any codes for that version wat so ever. im also a big resident evil fan, hav beaten all the games and jus want to be able to play through for fun, code veronica x at the moment. with this in mind i set out lookin for some codes but until now am still unlucky in the discoverance of any codes for any game let alone a resident evil game.
so i guess wat im saying is that are there any codes for that version on the net waiting to be found? will other codes work? or can any other code from action replay, gameshark etc be converted to an xploder code for it to work?
edit by rev: don't post your email your asking for trouble check back here, or ask again in the cheats forum. :)
cheers:thumb:
