It's an Mexican horror film which was really rather good, it ended up being more of a porn film then a Horror film but, oh well!! :D ;) :upto:

I seen the end of it. I loved all the spontanous combustion, excellent!! A few weeks before there was another Mexican film, they can be quite cool(depending on what you like). I think it had a wrestler in it, like all good Mexican films should have!!

Hehe, I just discovered The Trinity Broadcasting Network Europe on Sky Digital, channel 658 i think. EXCELLENT!!!! This is what TV needs!!! I lvoe the way some guy was talkign about how bad pornogrpahy was corrupting then he plug's his wife's book that's a self help book kinda thing. To 'prepair young ladies for marriage' or basicly change them so they can make their men happy then when they hit 40 lash out and leave the slob. The nthey have another topic to preech about. And the amount of fake smiles and laughs on their Richard & Judy style programs, there is a lady who looks like a transvesite with a 75 year old husband.

www.troma.com Check that website out, Loop. Horrorvideo.com has a few lots of recently unbanned/uncut films, but I haven't seen them.

They(troma) made a series called Troma's Edge TV for Channel 4 and C4 used to show some of their movies in the wee hours of Sunday time slot. I seen Class Of Nuke'em High 2 on Bravo, too.

What sort of music do you like, Escaflowne? Some metal bands are equaliy as kitsch.

Don't laugh but I listen to many different things from Blink 182 to Iron Maiden to the Pet Shop Boys :o

But anything before 1980 I pretty much draw the line, other then that I'll give almost anything a listen!! :D

Look up Venom, King Diamond, Dimmu Borgir and Cradle Of Filth.

Venom, King Diamond and a few other bands(in the early 80s) started making music with gimmicks that was basicly like music's version of cheap horror movies then it evolved into 'black metal'. Dimmu Borgir and Cradle Of Filth are some of the current bands doing it that are funny, wether it's intentional or not. I heard a live Cradle OF Filth set, the talking between songs was soo funny, I wish I could of seen it too, the lead singer is very small and they had people with stilts on stage.

There is a serious side though, a few mentaly unstable people in the early 90's took it too far, very interesting to read about. You never know if they're serious or not. Look up a band called Mayhem.

Have you seen the Mortiis(the troll) vid on Kerrang? He's from that crowd.

The music won't make you laugh, just reach for the stop button (in a review of a Cradle Of Filth album I remember a certain scream being described as "what I'd imagine a gay man coming counds like").

It's all so clichéd, if you've seen one band like this you've seen them all. If you're a very religous person you might find something offensive on COF's or Dimmu's website but I think you'll just laugh at how riddiculious and bizzare it is. As far as I'm aware Dimmu Borgir do a stage show where they drink 'blood' and wear 'corspe paint'(the face paint they're wearing) . Cradle Of Filth are basicly a pisstake allot of the time, trying to shock people. King Diamond are harmless.

About the band Mayhem: The guys in the band went stir crazy, their old singer killed himself and the band put a picture of his dead body on the cover of the album they just finished recording. The bassist murded another member of the band a few years later. And another member of the band served time in jail for arson(he burned a chruch because he wanted to make people realise they should be practising their old acient Norwegian religon). I had a page bookmarked about them but I think I've deleted it. It was an interesting read. Got you thinking about the infulence of the media on poeple who are lost in their angry fantsies.


Edit: Just found this, you may have seen it before, I remember cathing it in the middle of the night on C4 or something before. It's a Norwegian comedian spoofing the local metalers.
