The Lord of the Rings the fellowship of the ring

Hey has anybody heard of any codes for the first LOTR video game. Something useful would be nice. Anyway can anybody hook me up?

I've been following links all over the place and still havent really found anything for LotR - Fellowship of the Ring

There are places that have lots of hints for LotR - The Two Towers but nothing on Fellowship of the ring.

Now this might sound silly but I havent even gotten very far and I am already stuck with no way of working out how to go further...

Merry and Pippin are stuck in the tree and I dont know what else to do and so need help to tell me what to do and how to get out of there and on to meeting Tom Bombadil ?

Anyone have any ideas or know what to do ? It would be a big help.

Stand back just out of Old Willows reach and when his hand slams down on the ground hit it with a rock. You can only miss and hit the trunk about three times before he kills Merry and Pippen. You have to hit Old Willow somewhere around 50 times before Tom Bombidil shows up to sing to him.

As far as cheat codes for this game; there are NONE to be found for this game. I just finished the game about 15 minutes ago. It's a very short game.
