Bush proposed a plan for a manned colony on the moon. I ask you, do we need this at this time? We could spend more money to blow each other with our WMD's, which don't exist. (It's a joke, in case an idot didn't get it) We have enough problems to spend our money on than making a lavish space colony.
I propose we leave space travel for B-list celebrities like Lance Bass and other people we don't care to remember the names of. In all seriousness, your thoughts on Bush's plan.
Alas, 'tis not my theory. And it's more a massive conveyor belt.
The only problem is the materialistic arses in charge won't do it because of the massive initial cost.
But it would provide cheaper space travel, since most of the dosh is in making sure we can get the heffers off the ground and escape gravity.
If the pieces are alreay up there that's no longer a problem.
I get the odd feeling that isn't going to happen. I don't know why...just seems unlikely...
