I'm not sure I understand.

For a start i don't know what a "fail" image is.

I dont get your first image, the 2nd one is hilarious, and the third a tad confusing.

But I did a google image search for "fail" and got some hittage. SO here goes:

One would assume that in the first, the girlies don't realise that it's being indicated to hump their nether regions.

As for the third, the pot of gold turns out to be a portaloo.

^looks a bit photoshopy ( for a start a cat of that size couldn't possibly fit through the small openings in bird cages) but funny none-the-less.
